Return, Replacement & Damage Policy
At Kafe’ Skincare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering your products in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
- Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for used or opened items.
- If you received the wrong product or your item is unused and in original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return
- Product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.
Non-returnable Items

Replacement Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or an incorrect item was shipped.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with your order number and photo/video proof.
- An unboxing video is strongly recommended to process claims quickly.
- Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Damaged Products
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the damage and an unboxing video if possible.
- Mention your order number and delivery details to expedite the process.
- We will issue either a replacement or store credit based on the situation.

- We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 on all orders, regardless of package size or weight.
- Deliveries are fulfilled via Call Courier and PostEx services.
- Estimated delivery time (outside Lahore): 2–4 business days.
International Shipping
