  Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for used or opened items.
  • If you received the wrong product or your item is unused and in original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  Eligibility for Return

  • Product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

  Non-returnable Items

  • Used or opened skincare products
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns

  Replacement Policy

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon delivery, or an incorrect item was shipped.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with your order number and photo/video proof.
  • An unboxing video is strongly recommended to process claims quickly.
  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  Damaged Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the damage and an unboxing video if possible.
  • Mention your order number and delivery details to expedite the process.
  • We will issue either a replacement or store credit based on the situation.

  • Deliveries are fulfilled via Call Courier and PostEx services.
  • Estimated delivery time (outside Lahore): 2–4 business days.

  International Shipping

  Delivery Terms
