  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours on business days.
  • If any item is out of stock, we will inform you via Call or SMS with the expected dispatch date.

Shipping Within Pakistan

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 on all orders, regardless of package size or weight.
  • Deliveries are fulfilled via Call Courier and PostEx services.
  • Estimated delivery time (outside Lahore): 2–4 business days.

International Shipping

  • For international orders, please contact us at kafeskincare@gmail.com with your location details.
  • We’ll respond with shipping options and costs based on your destination.

Delivery Terms

  • Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Changes to the delivery address after dispatch are not permitted.
