At Kafé Skincare, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and efficiently.
Order Processing
- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation call with your order details.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours on business days.
- If any item is out of stock, we will inform you via Call or SMS with the expected dispatch date.
Shipping Within Pakistan
- We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250 on all orders, regardless of package size or weight.
- Deliveries are fulfilled via Call Courier and PostEx services.
- Estimated delivery time (outside Lahore): 2–4 business days.
International Shipping
- For international orders, please contact us at kafeskincare@gmail.com with your location details.
- We’ll respond with shipping options and costs based on your destination.
Delivery Terms
- Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Changes to the delivery address after dispatch are not permitted.
