Return, Replacement & Damage Policy
At Kafe’ Skincare, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering your products in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for used or opened items. However, if you have received the wrong product or your item is unused and in original packaging, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return:
- The product must be unused, sealed, and in original condition.
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required. Non-returnable items include:
- Used or opened skincare products
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional campaigns
2. Replacement Policy
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged upon delivery
- Incorrect item shipped
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product along with:
- Order number
- Photo/video proof of the damaged or incorrect item Unboxing video (if applicable)
- Once your claim is verified, we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
3. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To process the claim quickly:
- Share clear photos of the damage
- Send an unboxing video (strongly recommended for courier claims)
- Mention the order number and delivery details
- We will either issue a replacement or provide a store credit, depending on the situation.

Important Note:
- We reserve the right to refuse a return or replacement if the product does not meet the above conditions.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our end.
